How to qualify for free delivery?

Minimum order purchase of S$100 Nett is qualified for free delivery.

How do I pay after placing my order?

You can now pay via our secured credit card payment or bank transfer.

If you have chosen to pay via bank transfer, you can follow the payment instructions below:

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an Invoice/Official Receipt – received within 24 hours upon payment receipt.

How do I select my delivery date and time?

Before placing your order, you can add your preferred delivery date and time on the Order notes field.

If you have selected to have it delivered, we will arrange for your order to be delivered 2 days after payment has been received.

You can also pick up your order from our pop-up store in Orchard.

What is the delivery fee if I don't hit the minimum order?

For orders below $100.00, the delivery fee will be $15.

What is the regular delivery schedule?

Orders will be delivered
Monday to Friday: 10:00AM to 5:00PM

Estimated delivery will be 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment.
